• The minimum age of the booker must be 30 years or older.

• The villa may only be occupied by the persons stated on the booking form and may only be used for holiday purposes. Illegal purposes or subletting is strictly prohibited. In that case, the tenant must leave the property with immediate effect, but will no refund will be made.

• You and your party commit to not cause nuisance by producing excessive noise or any antisocial behaviour. Booking

Price

• The price does not include consumption of the electricity. At the beginning and end of the rental period the electricity meter will be recorded. The consumption in kWh will be paid at €0.40/kWh.

Guarantee
