Villa Mojacasa

Villa Mojacasa (Registration No. CR/AL/00316) is tucked away in the countryside of Mojacar. This accommodation is ideally located for a vacation in a very peaceful area, yet within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The beaches of Mojacar Playa are an 8-minute drive away. Villa Mojacasa, together with Casa Montana Vista, is set in a landscaped garden of 2500 m², which is a lovely place to relax, dine outdoors, or simply enjoy the beautiful views of Mojacar Pueblo and the stunning mountains.

Everything is on one level and offers an open-plan living/dining room with a gas fireplace and a comfortable sitting area with leather electric reclining chairs. You have WiFi, a TV, and a Bluetooth radio at your disposal. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, etc., as well as a utility room.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Apart from the mandatory final cleaning, there are no additional costs: Wi-Fi, electricity, (hot) water, sheets, towels, etc. are included.

The garden is surrounded by lemon, orange, olive trees, and cacti. Outside, there is a separate covered “game room/chill-out room/sitting area” with electricity and Wi-Fi, ideal for the children or for relaxing in peace and quiet. On the covered outdoor terrace, you will find a lounge and a table with chairs.

The huge open outdoor terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers, and parasols, as well as a 10x5 m swimming pool (shared with the one-bedroom Casa Montana Vista) and an outdoor shower. There is ample parking space for your car.

Villa Mojacasa is only a 5-minute drive from Mojácar Pueblo, one of the most beautiful white villages in Spain. Built against the hillside overlooking the sea, full of narrow streets, white houses, and cozy terraces—it's a place you'll want to linger.

Just an 8-minute drive away, you will find yourself on the expansive coastline, where the sand springs back under your feet while the rhythmic waves of the Mediterranean Sea provide a soothing backdrop.
