Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. We are private owners renting out our own villa — we do not rent on a daily basis.
During the low season (November to May), the villa is only available for monthly rentals.
During the high season (June to October), the villa is available for 15-day or monthly stays.
If you wish to stay for a shorter period, you can always submit a booking request.

Why is your rental price lower than on other websites?
Because we rent directly, without platforms or agents in between.
No commissions are paid to third parties — that saving goes straight to you.

Do you offer discounts?
Our prices are fair and already competitively set, so we cannot offer additional discounts.

How can I book your villa?
You can easily select your desired dates on our website and send a booking request.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will hold the villa for you for 72 hours.
Your booking becomes final once 50% of the rental amount has been transferred.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price you see when booking includes the rental fee, final cleaning, and any optional extras you choose.
Only electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.40 per kWh.
A security deposit of €500 is required and will be refunded after your stay, minus electricity costs and any damages.

Are the photos real?
Yes. What you see is what you get. All photos were taken by us and show the villa exactly as it is.

How can I be sure this is not a scam?
We understand that trust matters.
We are private owners from Belgium (Zandhoven area), not anonymous intermediaries.
If you prefer, we are happy to arrange a personal introduction before booking.

Is food included in the rental price?
No, meals are not included.

Is there air conditioning or heating?
Yes. The villa is equipped with full air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted indoors or under the covered pergola, but is allowed in the open outdoor areas.

Can I bring my pet?
In principle, pets are not allowed, but exceptions may be possible.
Please email us with some details about your pet, and we’ll be happy to review your request.
Pets are only permitted with prior written approval.

Can I invite extra guests?
You are welcome to have visitors, but only the guests listed in the booking may stay overnight.

Is there nightlife nearby?
No. Our villa is located in a peaceful setting, perfect for enjoying quiet, sun, and nature.

Do I have to clean the villa before departure?
Final cleaning is included.
We simply ask that you leave the villa tidy.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the oven, microwave, or barbecue have not been cleaned, waste has not been removed, or rooms (such as the kitchen or bedrooms) are left excessively dirty.
